TICKETS TYPES

General Admission:

Admission into the arena. There is no seating provided so please bring your
own folding seats or blankets.

VIP Ticket:

- Drinks reception with a selection of canapes on arrival
- A delicious 3 course meal served to your table, followed by coffee &
chocolates
- VIP bar area
- Private outdoor viewing gallery
- Admission to the concert arena
- Reserved car parking
- Dedicated toilet facilities

Tables accommodate up to 12 guests, parties under 8 people may be on shared
tables.
£149.00 per person +b/f - prices include VAT.
Please note that VIP Tickets DO NOT include a meet and greet with the
artist(s).

Car Parking:

- Car park is situated adjacent to the arena.
- Car park opens 4pm (16:00)
- Gates open 5pm (17:00)


Disabled Information:

In 2013 there will be a dedicated disabled viewing area and car park adjacent
to the concert area. Please ensure that you have a current blue badge in
order to access the disabled car park. Wheelchair guests will be charged the
general admission price, plus a complimentary carers ticket will be offered.
A maximum of one wheelchair guest and one carer per booking is allowed on the
platform in order that we may accommodate all of our guests. Please note
access to the platform is only permitted to those who book a disabled tickets
and not general admission tickets.

Guests who have a blue badge but do not require the disabled platform are not
required to pre-book car parking. Follow the signs to the disabled car
parking and clearly display your blue badge.


Carluccio's Picnic Hamper:

Enhance your Last Night of the Proms experience, with a professionally
prepared picnic hamper for two people by world famous CARLUCCIO's. Choose
from our two tempting menu options. Choose your preferred option and leave
the rest to us. All you need to do is produce your email confirmation to
claim your picnic hamper on the night, find a good spot on Lytham Green and
enjoy the show.

All picnic hampers are for collection on the day, at a designated Carluccio's
collection point inside the arena between 5pm - 8pm

PLEASE NOTE THAT THIS OPTION IS FOR SATURDAY NIGHT ONLY AND PURCHASING THIS
OPTION DOES NOT INCLUDE AN ENTRY TICKET TO THE CONCERT - THIS IS AN OPTIONAL
EXTRA TO ENHANCE YOUR CONCERT EXPERIENCE.

Antipasti Misti - A selection of olives, balsamic onions, roasted peppers and Ventricina, Napoli and Milano salamis,

Focaccia al radicchio e vino rosso - A red wine and radicchio focaccia.

Insalata di sgombro affumicato - A green leaf, radish caperberry and smoked mackerel salad with a lemon dressing.

Torta Mediterranea - Savoury tarts with aubergine, courgette, tomato, onion, pepper and basil.

Pollo al limone e timo Insalata di patate e olive alla zafferano - Summery chicken supreme, poached and then grilled
- served with a saffron and olive potato. salad

Insalata di fregola - Sardinian pasta salad with red pesto and summer vegetables, chive basil and parsley.

Torta di cioccolato e lampone - Individual tarts with a dark chocolate ganache and raspberry.

Cioccolata di Carluccio - A special edition Carluccio's chocolate bar to share!

Pomodoro farcito Insalata di patate e olive alla zafferano - Beef tomato stuffed with farro, basil, tomato and spring onions and then grilled served with a saffron and olive potato salad.
