Picnic - Unreserved seating on the grass

Gold Circle - Reserved seating for the concert with great views of the stage.
On Friday and Saturday nights, these are 2 banks of seats either side of the arena, leaving a central gap for picnickers.
Patrons do not need to eat in their seats. A separate lakeside grassed area has been designated , a short distance from the Gold Circle seating enclosure where patrons can picnic beforehand, and return during the internal. Picnic equipment may be left in the picnic area throughout the evening.

Premium Gold Circle - NEW
For Thursday night only, the classical concert, an additional seating block is introduced in the central space, directly in front of the stage. This does not affect picnic ticket
holders as the majority of the classical audience bring chairs with them.

Carers go free when accompanying a disabled person in the Gold Circle.

Disabled/carer gold circle seats only available via the phone.

There are two disabled/carer ticket types for the gold circle:
Seat + free wheelchair space or
Seat + free carer seat
Then any number of standard seats to add to the booking.

Please note that concert ticket does not include entry to the Gardens during the day.

Unfortunately we are unable to offer refunds or returns. Please take care of tickets as duplicates cannot be issued.
Inevitably, bad weather can affect any open-air event. Any decision to cancel will be taken at the advertised starting time. No refund will be given if a concert is started but later abandoned.
Tickets will only be refunded if the event is cancelled by the promoter and as long as the ticket is returned within 28 days of the due concert date. The booking fee is not refundable under any circumstances.
Tickets purchased by phone/internet will be sent out within 2 weeks of your ticket purchase. If tickets have not arrived after this time please call the box office on 0871 230 0195.
After 9am on 2nd June 2010 any tickets bought via phone/internet are to be collected from the Music Festival Ticket Kiosk on the day of the event from 5.00pm on each of the event days.
After 9am on the day of a concert, any remaining tickets will be for sale on site only at Wisley. (Please note it will not be possible at this time to book by phone at Wisley)
You are welcome to visit the Gardens on the day of the concert, but please note that your concert ticket does not include day visitor entry to the Gardens. On concert days the Gardens will close at 5pm (last entry 4pm) to daytime visitors, before re-opening for the concerts at 6.30pm.
Ticket holders consent to photography that may be used for promotional purposes.

On concert days there will be sound checks within the hours of 2pm - 5pm.

There are three public entrances: The Aberconway Gate, Catering Gate at Pavilion Gate

General Concert Information
A full licensed bar and a selection of food and drink will be available to purchase at the concert.

Seating is not provided except in the Gold Circle enclosure. Please bring your own folding chairs and picnic rugs. Out of courtesy to your fellow concertgoers, only low picnic tables are allowed.

Gazebos and tents are not permitted.

Premium Gold Circle (Thursday night only), and Gold Circle tickets include a stunning lakeside private area for picnicking with musicians playing in the pagoda, and a reserved seat for the concert in the Gold Circle enclosure with prime views of the stage.
All Gold Circle patrons will be issued with complimentary rain macs and are kindly asked not to put up umbrellas during the concert.

For health and safety reasons naked flames (ie. barbecues, candles, lanterns) are not allowed.

Flash photography, videos and recording devices of any sort are not permitted.

Blue badge parking is available. Please note however that spaces cannot be reserved.

RHS attendants cannot be provided but one companion is admitted free of charge per wheelchair user, visually impaired visitor or other person whose disability necessitates a carer.

Wheelchairs will be available at the entrance to the Music Festival. No need to pre-book. Any special requests please call the general information line 01483 211 113.

Parking & Travel

Parking is free and convenient. Patrons are asked to car share where possible.
Additional car parking is available in Pavilion Car Park at the Sports Grounds on Wisley Lane - this is particularly suitable for patrons coming via Wisley Village from the Woking /Pyrford/West Byfleet direction and will enable a quick getaway after the concert!

Coach parking can be arranged. Group organisers should call the Wisley Groups Department on 01483 212 307/8.

What should I wear?
Smart casual wear. It is recommended you bring some warm outdoor clothing in case of inclement weather. If sitting in the Gold Circle, we ask patrons not to put up umbrellas out of courtesy to other concert-goers as this does block views. Patrons sitting in the Gold Circle will be issued with free rain macs in the event of inclement weather.
Can I bring a picnic and alcohol? Yes you may bring your own food and drink into the concert arena.

Can I bring furniture?
Seating is provided for Gold Circle ticket holders only. For picnic tickets you are welcome to bring your own folding chairs, rugs, low tables. Gazebos and tents are not allowed.

Can we bring barbecues etc?
For your own safety barbecues, barbecue candles and naked flames are not permitted.

What if it is raining on the night - will the concert be cancelled?
The performers are in a covered area and the concert will go ahead. Only in extreme conditions and a question of health and safety is involved would the concert be cancelled.

What time would the decision to cancel the concert be made?
Any decision to cancel will be taken at the advertised starting time 6pm.

Where will the concert take place?
The Concert will take place on the grass at Seven Acres (in RHS Garden Wisley) which is situated opposite the Restaurant and Cafeteria.

How do I find the concert area?
The concert area will be sign posted within the car park. The car parks will be lit in the evening after the concert is finished. However, concert goers are asked to bring a torch just in case.

What direction are the performers facing?
The performers will be facing toward the restaurant and cafe area - north west in direction.

Will I be able to walk round the gardens?
No - due to health and safety reasons, concert goers are only permitted access to the concert arena.

Can I eat in the Gold Circle enclosure?
