Welcome to Heartbreak Hotel, a utopia for lost souls and broken hearts. Once a diamond on the English coastline, now as dilapidated and mysterious as the characters within its walls.
This summer, The Jetty - London's most exciting new riverside arts venue - is transformed into Heartbreak Hotel, an intricately designed purpose built structure where the audience check-in to an immersive and unique theatre event.
• Please select your preferred option at check out. Please note that your ticket is only valid for the stated performance.
• Please print your ticket or confirmation email and present it on arrival.
• Suitable for audiences aged 15+. You will need photo ID to purchase alcohol. Not suitable for under 14's.
• Due to the complex nature of the construction of the stage, wheelchair access is not available.
• Ticket prices are: Tuesdays - ú10 plus ú1.75 booking fee; Wednesdays, Thursdays and Sundays - ú15 plus ú1.75 booking fee; Friday and Saturdays - ú20 plus ú1.75 booking fee.
• Please note that photography and filming may occur on the evening and which may feature visitors. By purchasing a ticket and attending the event, you are agreeing to the use of these images in any future promotional, advertising or publicity material.
• In the unlikely event of a performance cancellation or should the venue be closed for a short period of time, a refund will not be available but your ticket can be exchanged to an alternative date.
• The show features an outdoor element so if weather is not looking good then bring something waterproof, but not umbrellas please. We recommend visitors to wrap up warm.
• There is a cloakroom on site, bags over A4 size and other bulky items cannot be brought into the show and must be checked in. All items are charged at ú1.
• Latecomers will not be permitted, guests need to arrive in plenty of time to collect their tickets, we recommend arriving at least 20 minutes before show time.
• Drinks and food are not permitted inside the show
• No photography or filming is permitted.
• There will be smoke, haze, smoking, flashing lights and loud bangs.
• Please arrive at The Jetty at least 15 minutes before your performance to get the full experience.
