More information about Katie Alice + Naali Collective + Millie Bolton tickets

Stylistically diverse singer-songwriter Katie Alice channels her classical upbringing into a unique, inspired vocal style, crafting spell-binding melodies and honest narratives within her music. From Brighton and conquering Leeds in the last couple of years, she cites influences like Bess Atwell and Billie Marten, blending her unique approach with indie, folk and pop. As a live solo artist Katie experiments with looping intricate guitar and vocal layers creating a soundscape perfectly suited to the atmosphere intended by each song. Her upcoming EP, to be released in early June, will feature this while being elevated by her new band, promising a rich and lively experience on stage and within the tracks. Katie views music as a vital form of self-expression, offering a window into her world and comfort to those who resonate with her songs. After the debut single “Did You Realise” received a great response in April, it’s time for Katie to release the debut EP at this hometown launch party, backed by her full band.

Main support is Norwegian singer Lina Marie Holt and her NAALÍ COLLECTIVE band. Her raw and soulful voice, storytelling and use of electronics mould together into a space of spirituality, politics, expression and lived experience. Her music is inspired by her favourite artists like Erykah Badu, Bjork, James Blake, Hiatus Kaiyote, Bobby Mcferrin and Greentea Peng. Tonight she will present a smaller, stripped own quintet instead of the larger ensemble seen recently at Brudenell Leeds.

Second support act is Millie Bolton, a singer-songwriter based in Leeds and in her final year studying songwriting at Leeds Conservatoire. Her music is influenced by artists such as Beabadoobee, Holly Humberstone and Clario. Primarily a solo act, Millie also enjoys performing with her band, making her sound versatile and adaptable to a variety of settings.
