More information about Lowkey tickets
One of the UK’s most potent and electrifying rappers, Lowkey is a towering figure of the scene who renews the old tradition of conscious hip hop activism. Fusing politically charged lyrics and deft dissection of topics such as race, war, global poverty and politics with anthemic choruses and unrelentingly energetic performance, Lowkey commands a keen and growing legion of followers. He has worked with Immortal Technique, Wretch 32, Akala, Dead Prez and Outlawz, and is part of the super group Mongrel alongside members of the Arctic Monkeys, Babyshambles and Reverend And The Makers. Following his lauded work Soundtrack to the Struggle, his most recent album Soundtrack to the Struggle 2 features Noam Chomsky, Frankie Boyle and Ken Loach alongside musicians like Maverick Sabre and has been streamed millions of times. With a forthcoming album in the works, the hip hop artist and political campaigner is set to break further musical and critical ground.
