Legendary artist Sir Tom Jones is set to perform at The County Ground, Hove, home of Sussex County Cricket Club, on Sunday 17th July 2016, as part of his 2016 UK tour.
Sir Tom Jones' distinctive voice and iconic records have earned him a place as one of the best loved artists ever to emerge from the 1960s with an eclectic musical mix spanning pop, rock, soul, R&B, dance, country and gospel. To date he has achieved more than 100 million record sales, generated by hits such as It's Not Unusual, Kiss, Delilah and What's New Pussycat. The 2016 tour will see Sir Tom and his band entertain crowds with a repertoire that spans all five decades of his popular music, including recent albums Spirit in the Room and Praise & Blame, and his latest, Long Lost Suitcase; a compilation of songs and musical inspiration collected by him over years and stored in a suitcase, only to be found years later and brought to life. "It is brilliant to have such a great venue on the tour line-up and with it being the first time I have performed in Hove I am really looking forward to welcoming all my fans there", says Sir Tom, adding,
