Do you feel like the world is falling apart at the moment? We don't blame you! With Brexit, environmental catastrophe and the return of fascism, it really seems like the government has lost control. In the face of this political chaos, it's easy to feel confused and helpless. But there are answers to these problems. In our weekly meeting group, we talk about Social Justice. This powerful idea can help you understand today's politics of fear. We discuss topics including racism, sexism, transphobia, climate change, capitalism and socialism. The discussions will be casual and open. No prior knowledge of politics is required. We also plan protests and other political actions in the Guildford area, putting our ideas into practice, and directly making a difference. If you are curious, drop into one of our meetings. We think that good activism is all about making friends. So just come along and hang out with some rad, open-minded people!
