Steve Harley Accoustic Band & Special Guest from T-Rextasy - Danielz Solo Unplugged (Lavenham Open Air Theatre, Suffolk)
Widely considered one of the most charismatic performers on stage, Steve Harley continues to play to sold-out venues across the UK and Europe.
For Steve, life on the road is more than just a job: it is almost his life's blood.
And with the February 2020 release of the all-acoustic CD, ?UNCOVERED?, the original Cockney Rebel shows no sign of slowing down.
The Acoustic Band for 2021 will find Steve supported by long-standing violinist/guitarist Barry Wickens, Oli Hayhurst on double bass, and Dave Delarre on lead guitar.
Steve has been playing Live shows around the world for over 45 years and the thrill of another night in another place to another audience has not dimmed at all.
?We have real adventures on tour, ?says Steve. ?I've seen the Northern Lights, the Midnight Sun and dozens of wonderful galleries, museums and great cities, all on my down-time. I have a great life as a Wandering Minstrel!?
?UNCOVERED? includes a re-recording of Steve's own highly-esteemed song ?Love, Compared With You? with a newly composed third verse, plus his thus-far unrecorded ?Only You?, and nine other songs he's always wanted to perform. The album features Barry Wickens on viola and acoustic guitar, Oli Hayhurst on double bass, Tom Hooper on percussion and the Roots Music Legend, Martin Simpson, on guitar. Steve also sings a duet with the amazing Scottish singer, Eddi Reader.
The acoustic sets for 2021 will include songs from the new CD, plus a selection from the vast and eclectic Harley Songbook. Mr Soft, Judy Teen, Sebastian and the legendary Make Me Smile will all be re-produced in the unique acoustic style.

Danielz, solo and ?unplugged', steps aside from his band for a short while to perform a selection of songs by Marc Bolan, played live and acoustically. Danielz, is of course the lead singer and lead guitarist with T.Rextasy, the world's only official tribute to Marc Bolan & T.Rex. Come along and hear how famous hit songs such as ?20th Century Boy', ?Get it On', ?Metal Guru', and ?Jeepster', amongst others, sound like when played strictly unplugged! Tracks that many of you would have heard electrically over the years, take on a new warm and intimate approach with just voice and guitar.
Danielz has an album entitled ?A Dream That Lasts Forever - T.Rextasy Unplugged', that is currently available on the Madman Record label featuring 12 tracks of Bolan's music played acoustically together with a couple of songs originally penned by Danielz.

The Lavenham Open Air Theatre seated layout (being moveable) can be amended on your show day to create separated ?bubbles' as you have booked in line with Government Guidelines on Show day.
